No. Of Items
In the topmost corner just beside Asset Library, a number is written inside the brackets. That number denotes the total no. of items present in the Asset Library.
Example: As highlighted below, "Asset Library (28)" denotes that there are a total of 28 items in the Asset Library.
This section is placed right below the Asset Library (No. of Items). You can apply multiple search filters here to narrow down the course item results in the asset library.
This section proves to be of the utmost importance especially when the no. of items are high.
Example: If you are looking for a video which was uploaded recently, you can scroll through all the pages to find it. But, that seems to be a time-consuming task, especially when there are multiple pages.
Therefore, you can apply the "created date" as well as the "video type" filter. Asset library listing will narrow down and you will be able to identify the video immediately.

"On" option is used when you want the items to be shown which was created on a certain date.
Modified Date: You can narrow down the Asset Library items on the basis of the day they were last modified. The process is similar to the Created Date.
Video Type: You can narrow down to only videos among the Asset Library items. There are three types of videos supported by Spayee which you can choose from.
Three types are Spayee, YouTube & Vimeo videos.
Processing Status: You can narrow down the Asset Library items on the basis of their processing status. There are two ways of using the "Processing Status" filter.
"Under Process" option is used when you want to narrow down to items which are yet to be 100% processed.
"Complete" option is used when you want to narrow down to items which are 100% processed.
The process is similar to using the filter on "Video Type".
This section is placed right beside "Add Filters". From here you can search any item you want by their title. Just type out the title in the box and click on "search". You can also apply filter and then search item on the filtered list by title.
No. of Entries
The number of items is evenly distributed among the multiple pages in the Asset library. By default, 10 items per page are shown. However, 10 can be changed to either 25, 50 or 100. Therefore, if you select 25, then top 25 items will be viewed on the first page.
